Every part is made for you, so there are no returns for a change of mind.
Not your fault? We'll make it right
If a part arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or fails because of a defect, message us within 30 days of delivery with a few photos.
We will repair it, replace it or refund it. When a fix is not possible, you choose a replacement or a refund.
If we need the part back, we pay the return shipping. When the problem was ours, your shipping cost is refunded too.
What is not covered
Damage from misuse, modification or an improper install. Beta products are covered the same way as everything else.
